SEC Picks,… Week 11,…

SEC_thumb[1]
Arkansas at South Carolina,… Both teams have had disappointing seasons. Both were to challenge for their division in the SEC. That didn’t happen. Carolina lost star running back Marcus Lattimore for the season which has to be a major setback. If Arky makes it to a bowl they have to win this game and next week at Mississippi State. It looks like they won’t go bowling this year. South Carolina 27 Arkansas 14
Louisiana-Lafayette at Florida,… This could be a close game until the 3rd quarter. Then the Gators will start to wear down the Ragin Cajuns,… Florida 32 ULL 17
Missouri at Tennessee,… Both teams seem to have improved from the start of the season. But the Vols last game versus Troy showed why they need an offense. Both teams can make a bowl and both teams need this win. If Tennessee loses, it could make things difficult for Derek Dooley and his orange pants to return next year. Tennessee 32 Missouri 28
Georgia at auburn,… Georgia has been a Dr Jekyll Mr Hyde kind of team this year. You never know who is going to show up. If the Dawgs come to play, it is lights out. If not,… the Dawgs win by two touchdowns. It is rumored as of now that Chizik is out at auburn. This is just a rumor I saw a few minutes ago. Georgia 38 auburn 10
Mississippi State at LSU,… If Bama beats Texas A&M, the winner of this game would most likely go to the Cotton Bowl. So there is something to play for in this game. I just don’t see this one being that close as LSU should have the upper hand. Their defense is better and so is their offense. LSU 28 Mississippi State 14
Vandy at Ole Miss,… I’m sounding like a broken record I know but both teams need a win to become bowl eligible. Vandy has played the Rebels well in the past but this year Ole Miss has too much speed on offense. Should be one of the better games this week. Ole Miss 32 Vandy 21
Texas A&M at Alabama,… After last weeks game at LSU, the Tide got exposed on defense a little bit. LSU was able to pass on the Tides defense to almost a scary point. This week, in walks Johnny Football. Johnny Manziel has been great for the Aggies offense. He is a duel threat QB that can run and pass. While the Tide has done okay with these type of QB’s before, this one scares me. He plays at a higher level although he is just a freshman. Add to that, his mental toughness to the game and it could spell trouble for the Tide this week. Bama is coming off an emotional win over LSU last week and will need to deal with that. Something they haven’t had to experience as a group before. This game worried me before last weeks game. If there ever was a trap game this is it. Texas A&M 28 Alabama 24

  2. Sadly I know. I was preparing myself mentally for the lose but if Bama had won I would have happily been glad I was wrong.
