My Preseason College Top 10,…. Part 2

I covered the top 5 yesterday, so today I’ll give my thoughts on the remaining top 10. Starting with number 6,……….

6. Florida State,… This may be too high a ranking but last years defense was good. They only lose two starters and I’m thinking defense wins games and championships. The Seminoles should fair well this year.

7. Michigan,… The Wolverines had a decent year in 2011. Denard Robinson is a good QB and will help carry the offense. If the defense improves they could be up there for a shot at the title this year.

8. Ohio State,… first year coach Urban Meyer knows how to win. While the Buckeyes can’t win any championships this year they can play the roll of spoiler. Should be a fun season for OSU fans.

9 Georgia,… Might as well put them here. It will probably be the highest spot they get. Losing running back  Isaiah Crowell will hurt but having a very good QB in Aaron Murray will be the key to their offense now. Defense should be solid but the Bulldogs just seem to find a way to disappoint.

10. South Carolina,… I really don’t want to put another SEC team in the top 10 but it is what it is. Marcus Lattimore will be back and the defense should be solid but they did lose Melvin Ingram. Jadeveon Clowney will pick up any slack left from Ingram’s departure.
